	The Ranches Neighborhood Association welcomes our city Councilman, Sal Espino, to Hughes Elementary School on Tuesday, January 19^th at 7pm. Bring your dollar and your luck to the meeting!! We will be having a 50/50 raffle! And A Drawing for a 25 dollar restaurant gift card! We will be talking about the park, sidewalks, the new school, and upcoming developments in the area!
