CODE RANGERS
 Ranches Neighborhood Association

Hello and welcome to the Code Rangers website for the Ranches Neighborhood Association.  Lost Creek Ranch’s Captain of Code Rangers is Kenneth Branson.  Please contact Ken at 817-491-9754 with any questions or code violation concerns.  Remember that ugly is not necessarily a code violation, but here are some common code violations:

·       Ft. Worth City Code of regulations states that property owners are responsible for maintaining their yards and vacant lots. City Code also states that grass and weeds that average over 12” in height are a violation.

·       Garbage Carts, plastic bags including Pay Bags and Violation Bag Tags shall be placed at the curb no later than 7am on the scheduled collection day, and no earlier than 6pm on the day preceding the scheduled collection date.

·       Recycling Carts, Kraft Bags, Yard Trimming Carts shall be placed at the curb no later than 7am on the scheduled day of collection, and no earlier than 6pm on the day proceeding the scheduled collection day.

·       Small bundled brush and bush shall be placed at the curb no later than 7am on the scheduled collection day, and no earlier than 6pm on the day preceding the scheduled collection day.

·       Carts shall be stored by the dwelling in a secure place at that dwelling.  The carts shall be stored so as not to be visible to a person standing in front of the dwelling.

·       Damaged fences adjacent to right-of way and leaning 18 degrees or more, rotting, fire damaged, severely bent posts, or missing significant portions of slat.

·       Parking motor vehicle(s) in the yard portion not designated for parking is a code violation.

Thank you for your interest in Code compliance.  Codes are made with the safety and beautification efforts of a community in mind.  So, be compliant and help our neighborhood be a better place for all to live
